Our team offers executives and managers the opportunity to focus their attention inwards and consider where their professional career paths are headed. 1. Career Counseling – designed to help individuals plan their progression in the corporate world, either from within their current organizations or from the outside looking to get in.

2. Coaching – geared to help individuals maximize their managerial abilities, meet challenges, hone coping skills and reach goals established according to the manager's needs or by using a diagnostic mapping process.

3. Training for managers and HR professionals:
 * Interview Workshop – strengthens skills critical to effective interview processes, from analyzing the organizational requirements to making the final hiring decision. Participants are given a thorough theoretical background followed by the opportunity to put their knowledge to the test via real life role-play exercises.
* Feedback Workshop - addresses the task of how to administer and acquire employee feedback
